We currently accept booking requests without online payment. We confirm availability, the final quote and next steps by email. A request is not payment, a stock reservation or an issued ticket. Payment, procurement, refund and delivery terms apply only to a subsequent separately agreed transaction. No analytics, advertising pixel or live payment SDK is currently enabled. This page describes the storage actually used.
1. Booking draft
booking-draft stores the reservation draft for the current browser session. booking-request-receipt stores the submitted reference and matching draft for refresh and language switching. The necessary puanxx-guest cookie lasts one day for deduplication and submission limits. Submitted requests remain on the server when browser storage is cleared.
2. Retention and necessary cookies
Drafts normally last for the browser session, though tab restoration may retain them. Legacy simulated receipts are no longer generated; the clear button also removes any remaining old receipt. The necessary puanxx-guest HttpOnly cookie links a browser to its order and lasts one day. Administrators also use a short-lived session cookie. Clearing browser storage does not delete database orders.
3. Language and optional tools
Language follows /en or /zh without a language cookie. Non-essential analytics or advertising added later will require an updated policy and applicable prior consent, rejection and withdrawal controls.
4. Controls
Clear stored data using the button below or browser settings. Clearing does not cancel a real order; blocking storage may prevent the booking review from continuing.
